I am neither good cook nor good baker, but I like making scones and love eating with homemade confiture.
I don't like soft scones you get at cafes in QLD. I love the ones crispy outside and soft inside. This is the recipe I usually use for scones.
I will try to make another jar of strawberry confiture before strawberry season finishes.
